Our Prenatal classes incorporate exercises and relaxation techniques tailored to the needs of pregnant women, promoting physical well-being and reducing stress. Moreover, these courses create a supportive community of soon-to-be mothers, fostering connections and friendships that can extend beyond the classroom. By addressing fears and concerns, offering expert guidance, and building a network of like-minded individuals, prenatal courses empower mothers with the tools to navigate the challenges of pregnancy and childbirth with a sense of preparedness and positivity. Recognising the demands of contemporary life, we have thoughtfully designed our comprehensive prenatal care course to be accessible in-person, spanning three informative evenings, with each session spanning two hours. Tailored expressly for expectant mothers, this course encapsulates the essence of thorough pre-natal care.

Yvonne - education and practice Pelvic floor Part 1 (German)

You will receive answers to the following questions and learn about your pelvic floor through practical exercises that you can integrate into your daily life and training routine. Why is the pelvic floor so important? What is unique about it? How should I train it during pregnancy? After childbirth: From when can I start training the pelvic floor? How do I do this? What should I pay attention to?

Yvonne Keller lives in Zurich and in Central Switzerland. She has 2 adult children. The topics of pelvic floor and back have fascinated her for over 30 years. She is the author of the specialized books "Journey of Discovery to the Female Center" and "Hidden Power in Men." For the past 10 years, she has been the owner of the Medical Back Center. Here, the Pelvic Floor Center for her Pelvic Floor Recovery Concept is also located, where she has integrated the "Pelvipower" magnetic field therapy and the "Biofeedback Trainer."
